Returns, withdrawal & refunds

14-day request window

You may request the return of an eligible product within 14 calendar days after delivery. Mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies in your country, remain unaffected.

Email us before sending anything back. Include the order number and the products concerned. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

Eligible products and exceptions

Products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Where the law permits, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the seal has been broken. Opened food, personalised goods and rapidly perishable goods may also be excluded.

A damaged, faulty or incorrect product is handled separately from a change-of-mind return. Contact us promptly and keep the product, packaging and clear photographs available for review.

Return procedure

Do not send a parcel to the boutique without written instructions. Use suitable packaging and a trackable service; you remain responsible for the parcel until delivery.

Costs and refund timing

For a change of mind, the customer pays the direct return cost unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Argatherapy covers the reasonable return cost for a confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

An approved refund is made to the original payment method. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, reimbursement is made within the legally required period and may be withheld until the goods, or reliable proof of return, are received. Any premium delivery upgrade is not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount required by law.
