Argatherapy presents products on www.argatherapy.com and completes online orders through its separate secure checkout. These terms apply together with the return, shipping and privacy notices.

Products and responsible use

Photographs and editorial descriptions help identify each preparation, but the physical label is the final reference for ingredients, quantity, directions, warnings and lot information. Natural materials can show reasonable differences in colour, aroma and texture.

Cosmetic and wellness descriptions are not medical advice and do not promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Use each product only for the purpose stated on its current packaging and seek qualified advice when appropriate.

Price, payment and acceptance

Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise. The checkout shows the product total, available payment methods, delivery charge and any amount collected before you confirm. An order is accepted only when Argatherapy sends confirmation; suspected fraud, pricing errors, export restrictions or unavailable stock can justify cancellation and full reimbursement.

Delivery, returns and liability

The shipping and return notices form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, Argatherapy is not responsible for indirect loss or for misuse contrary to the label.

Law and contact

The law of the seller’s place of establishment applies where a choice of law is permitted, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute directly and may use any mandatory consumer mediation or court process available to them.
