Destinations and price

Available destinations, delivery methods and the final shipping charge are shown or confirmed before payment. If a destination cannot be served, no order will be accepted for that address.

Preparation and estimates

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Weekends, public holidays, customs controls and carrier disruption can extend delivery time.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for import duties, local taxes, permits or restrictions imposed by the destination country unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.

Address, tracking and damage

Check the delivery address before payment. Send any correction immediately; changes are not always possible after dispatch. When tracking is available, it is sent with the dispatch confirmation.
