How do I distinguish cosmetic oil from food-grade oil?

Check the complete product name and purpose on its label. Pure argan oil sold for skincare and roasted culinary argan oil are different products; “argan” alone is not enough.

Where can I find the ingredients, size and precautions?

Read the relevant product page and the current packaging. The page may not include every detail; ask about the exact product if information is missing.

Do the same instructions apply to every product?

No. A soap, an essential oil, a skincare product, an infusion and a spice do not share the same purpose. Follow each product’s label; do not infer instructions from an ingredient name alone.

How can I find a product bought in Marrakech?

Enter the name still visible on the bottle or packaging in the product finder. If the result is uncertain, send the wording you can still read on the label to the team; a similar name does not mean it is the same product.

What are the delivery charges and times?

They depend on the destination and the options actually offered when ordering. Read the shipping information and order summary before confirming.

My country or address is not listed. Who should I ask?

Write to us with the country and postcode. The team can check whether an option is available for that address; coverage is not assumed.

How should I prepare a professional enquiry?

List the products, intended use, country, estimated quantities and documents you need. Samples, availability and terms are confirmed for each project.

Pure oil or an oil with extract: how do I choose?

Pure argan oil is declared as a single ingredient. The documented scented versions combine 99% argan oil with 1% extract. The arnica reference has its own declaration: arnica oil and argan oil, with no proportions inferred.

Can a cosmetic oil be used in cooking?

Not by default. Choose a reference explicitly intended for food, such as the roasted culinary argan oil. Do not rely only on the plant name or a similar bottle.

Do I need both an oil and a cream?

Not necessarily. Choose a simple routine and follow each product’s directions. Do not mix the contents in one jar.

Why start with a small amount?

It helps you adjust application without overloading skin or hair. Exact amounts and permitted areas remain those in the product instructions.

What if I have a known allergy?

Read the full ingredient list before use. Highlighted ingredients do not replace that list. Do not use a product if you are allergic to one of its components.

Does natural mean organic or certified?

No. Natural origin, organic ingredients and certification are different information. Rely only on the claims documented for the chosen product.

Can a vitamin or essential oil replace a preservative?

Do not change a product’s preservation by adding an ingredient at home. Protection must be assessed for the actual formula and packaging. Do not add water or essential oils to a jar.

How do I find the period after opening?

Check the date or relevant symbol on the pack. Shelf life cannot be inferred from natural origin and is not identical for every product.

Can I add an extract to an argan oil?

Do not combine bottles from the collection to make a new preparation. An extract may contain alcohol, water or another carrier and has its own precautions.

Is a set used as one product?

No. Each reference keeps its composition, directions, precautions and shelf life. Keep the individual packaging.

Are essential oils suitable for everyone?

No. Use depends on identity, concentration and the person concerned. Seek professional advice for children, pregnancy, breastfeeding or a particular medical situation.

How can I identify a product bought in the shop?

Keep its full name, size and a readable label photo. Send these to Argatherapy, with the batch number if available. A plant name alone can refer to several preparations.
