Rose water

A floral water is not an essential oil and is not automatically a culinary water. Keep it in its original bottle and use it only for the purpose stated on the label. Do not put it in a food container or mix it into a jar of cream.

Choosing a rose preparation

Rose water is a water-based product identity; rose extract and an argan oil blended with rose extract are different references. Their concentration, solvents and handling cannot be exchanged on the strength of the word rose.

What to compare

Check the actual ingredient list for the floral-water ingredient, any alcohol, preservatives and declared fragrance components. A floral name alone does not prove a particular distillation method, purity or suitability for sensitive skin. No food or eye-area use is proposed for this reference.

Care of the container

Keep in its original closed container and avoid touching the dispenser to skin. Do not dilute or top up the bottle. A storage instruction and an after-opening period specific to this preparation are still needed before giving a more detailed routine.
