Aramex charges depend on the destination and weight band. Enter the total packed parcel weight. Applicable supplements are included in the result; your basket calculates the charge for your order before payment.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, then handed to Aramex. Transit time depends on the destination and customs formalities. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Available destinations, delivery method and final cost are displayed or confirmed before payment. Orders are not accepted for an address that is not served.
Preparation and times
Preparation begins after payment confirmation. Any announced date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks and carrier incidents may extend the time.
Customs and taxes
For international delivery, the recipient is responsible for import duties, local taxes and requirements arising from authorisations or restrictions in the destination country, unless their inclusion is clearly stated at checkout.
Address, tracking and damage
Check the address before payment and report corrections immediately. Tracking, when available, accompanies the dispatch notice.
